The Author
Tchen Yu-chiou is the Secretary General of the National Cultural Association. She studied music in Paris for nearly a decade and is an established, world-famous pianist. It was her heart-felt love for Taiwan that brought her back to her native home and inspired this book. She is a landmark figure in the cultural communication in Taiwan and is deeply dedicated to her work.
